This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the full-stack NOWEDO marketing agency located at — Kiev, st. Konstantinovskaya, 75, can receive about the User while using the site.1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. Use of the Site by the User and services of the Company means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data.1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.1.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the NOWEDO website. The site does not control and is not responsible for third party sites to which the User can click on the links available on the Site.1.4. Providing the Customer with effective client and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.3.1.9. Granting the User with his consent, product updates, special offers, information on prices, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Agency.3.1.10. Implementation of advertising activities with the consent of the User.4. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
4.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such means.4.2. Personal data of the User can be transferred to the authorized bodies of the government of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of Ukraine.4.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of the site informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.4.4. The site administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.4.5. Administration of the site together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The User is obliged to:5.1.1. Provide information about the personal data necessary to use the Site.5.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changing this information.5.2. The site administration is obliged to:5.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.5.2.2. To ensure that confidential information is not kept secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other personal data of the User, except for cl. 4.2. and 4.3. this Privacy Policy.5.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in the existing business.5.2.4. To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of request or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The administration of the site that has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of the cases provided for in cl. 4.2., 4.3. and 6.2. this Privacy Policy.6.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:6.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.6.2.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration. 6.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the User.7. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
7.1. Before applying to the court for a dispute arising out of the relationship between the User of the Agency’s Site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute)7.2. The recipient of the claim, shall notify the applicant in writing of the claim about the results of the examination of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.7.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.7.4. To the present Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Site Administration the current legislation of Ukraine is applied.8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
8.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Agency’s Website unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.8.3.
